National General Supply currently ships within the United States only.


Order Processing

Estimated Delivery Times


After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 5–12 business days.


Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier performance, supplier location, inventory status, fulfillment method, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Some products may arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery window.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.


For orders shipped within the United States, standard shipping rates generally start at $4.90 for eligible orders from $0.01 to $49.99.


Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Final shipping costs may vary based on order weight, product type, shipping method, delivery location, fulfillment requirements, product-specific restrictions, remote delivery areas, or other shipping conditions.


Any applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking


When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after the order has shipped.


Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.


Multiple Shipments


Some orders may be shipped in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations.

Supplier and Fulfillment Partners


National General Supply operates as an online retail store.


Product fulfillment may be handled through supplier, inventory, and logistics partners depending on the item purchased. This may affect processing times, shipment origin, carrier selection, delivery estimates, tracking availability, and whether items arrive separately.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.


We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, additional shipping costs, or returned packages resulting from incorrect addresses, missing apartment or unit numbers, refused deliveries, unavailable recipients, or carrier access issues.


Address changes requested after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.


Delivery Delays


Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, supplier constraints, inventory changes, order volume, fulfillment delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


If we are unable to fulfill an order within a reasonable period, we may contact the customer regarding the delay, offer an alternative, cancel the order, or issue a refund for the unfulfilled item(s), as required by applicable law.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages


If a package appears lost, damaged, or missing, customers should contact us at info@nationalgeneralsupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation.


We may request the order number, tracking information, photos of damaged packaging or items, and any carrier communication in order to review the issue.


Packages Marked as Delivered


If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first check the delivery location, mailbox, building reception, neighbors, household members, or local carrier office.


Customers may contact us at info@nationalgeneralsupply.com for support, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, subject to applicable law and the facts of the case.


Order Availability and Cancellations


All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification.


We reserve the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or refund any order for reasons including inventory issues, supplier constraints, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other fulfillment limitations.


Risk of Loss


Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.
